I suggest you look at other videos in your niche, and look at the keywords that they've used. If the video has a lot of views, the keywords are probably worth adding to your own uploads!

You guys are absolutely wasting your time doing the tube re-upload method.

1,000 views is absolutely nothing. You'll need hundreds of thousands before you even see your first dollar in revenue. There are much better ways to generate traffic than to be a parasite on other sites. Don't think you can scale this up to an operation that is very profitable. Anytime you get too big, you will be shut down by either the tube owners or the content owners.

Take this from somebody who has been in adult since 2005 AND has been on both the tube operating side and the adult monetization side: you are wasting your time with this method.

I already gave you the solution in a previous answer. As for generating traffic, there is SEO and partnering with other adult webmasters for cross promotion.

If you create something useful for the shemale community, people will want to work with you and thats when you'll start making real money.

If you have a domain and hosting, they will provide you with content to promote their sites. As for a unique website... well... make one?
