Unfortunately there are many, many things that come into play with IG botting. Delay times are just the top of the iceberg.

Here are some more things that you have to consider (not a complete list):
If you bought the accounts: do you know for sure how and when they where created?
Did you change the password and the e-mail? (You should do that ASAP)
Are you using reliable proxies?
How much do you post per day?
Are you sure your images are considered "unique" for IG's algorithm?
Are you maybe posting some controversial or blatantly fake content that induce people to report your account?
What about the link in your bio?? (this is a major flaw in many IG journeys.)

Then an important issue that IMO is often neglected: SOURCES.
Are you sure that your sources for F/UF are good, i.e. they have real, IN TARGET people? Or are you following bots or Indian guys who (with all the due respect, of course) in terms of CPA count almost nothing?

Finally, what about your follow back ratio? I see people focusing on how to follow more and more people per hour and per day, dangerously pushing IG limits.
In my tests, I used to follow about 300 people per day per account. It may seem little, but I had a 60% or higher follow back ratio, because I had previously spent the due amount of time on studying my sources. So on average I gained 180 new followers per day, almost without any risk of looking suspicious to IG.
If you do the maths, this strategy is way more efficient than following 1000 people per day with a ridicolous FB ratio of 10-15%.

What I'm trying to say is that one needs a lot of tests, reflection and also a lot of patience when in an IG botting journey.

whats the point for changing the emails ,if the account owner reverts the notification that he got in his email after u change it the email will be reverted to his email and you will be kicked out of the account .

but now i got 20 accounts in the trash already...

But how did you reach 100k followers so fast? I've been doing it for almost a month and barely 10k followers. Anything that might help me?

1 year old and with Europe IP registered (although I'm using Kazakhstan phone number)
I changed all the e-mail passwords, it's a bit hard to change pass for IG accs but I'll do it right now.
I'm using InstantProxies, is it good? Or any other recommendation?
My settings are 3 posts per day although it doesn't necessarily happen due to PV and rest.
I'm using Vurku and it auto change hashes
Not really.
And I still don't have any link in my bio or any monetization on my accs so far, I want to try to have around 10k on each account but I don't even get 1k.

I'm not impatient, I have the patience to make it work, it's just I'm a bit worried I'm on the wrong path and I can spend long months of work on the wrong things.

I see... Well, that is what I meant: the IG sellers must provide access to the email related to the IG account, i.e. the email used for the IG account creation.
Those were stolen accounts so I don't see anything you can do, except for reporting the seller if you bought the accounts on here

As I said there are literally hundreds of things to take into consideration, GMT2 settings are only a part.
Honestly, from your journey's description I don't see anything you are doing wrong.
Maybe the origin of the problems lies in the proxies (they might be leaking your or the VPS's IP, for example)... Or maybe in the account creation process...
Now I would PV the accounts and put them on rest for 72 hours. No activity whatsoever, neither logging in. After 3 days I would try to resume the follow activity with low, slow settings.
Anyway I'm no expert, maybe some other people on the forum can give you better suggestions

I’m running a similar journey, I’m just a week behind you. I have 4 accounts running in total.

For accounts I’m using 2 yr old accounts which I created myself in 2016 for some project
I think someone here sells accs with the OG email for $1/acc. I think it’s 123accs but I’m not sure. It’s safer if you buy with the OGE.

For Proxies I’m using Proxy6 IPv4 Russian Proxies

I’m adding accs on mail.com emails, no phones

I’m using GMT2 bot with safe settings.
Did only 200 follows per day for the first week, then increased to 600 per day.
I’m gonna test 1K a day next week on a couple accounts.
I’m currently getting a 15+ % followback rate. But even at my best settings, I don’t expect to get more than 100 followers a day per account.

I’m not getting any blocks or PVs on any of my accounts with this setup. You can compare this with yours and guess what could be causing the problems.

For content I go to www.vurku.com and download 100 posts (only images) from a username, Store them in a folder and use the Monitor Folder option for Post Pool. A collection of generic captions for caption pool. Only posting 1-2 a day as I feel that it is enough, and post pools will last longer.

I have no plans of monetizing right now. Could be CPA or Selling the accounts.
If you’re planning to sell, I wouldn’t recommend selling an account till it’s at least at 10k followers. Then you could sell at more than $60 a piece.

Thanks, man I really appreciate your help. Well, so far I have 11 accounts and I don't plan to add more until I really understand this game more.
I get PV almost every day, is it normal? I mean it costs only 15 cents but why does it happen so often. I'm using 1 proxy per account (InstantProxies) and those are my settings on pretty much every account:

For now, I only follow; DMs or comments are too early for me; Likes are not really helpful and Unfollow will be started once I reach around 7k followers.

Eh, you shouldn't be getting pvs every day. I usually only receive one pv per account and that's when I first start automating it. I'll help you get your settings right bro, DM me your Skype and we'll go over what needs to be changed.

Well, so far I lost account into the challenge loop so I got 10 right now.
10 accounts, 8.7k followers, 30k following. I changed my method to 12 hours of the following and 12 hours of unfollowing. I'm playing quite safe so it's slow.
I'm not sure if I am able to achieve my milestone to 20k followers by the end of the month, I hope that I will. 12 accounts aren't relevant anymore.
My current goal is to make all those 10 accounts above 5k followers and sell them, then when I see by my eyes that I am able to make few bucks of it I will purchase more proxies, accounts and a bigger VPS; probably aim for 30 ~ 40 accounts.
