Good domain but some GLOBE links

Hey guys, i found out (haha) that i have registered a domain in a niche with DA35+ PA25+ CT10 +TF10

The domain is exact match keyword (two-words) and it's .com

The niche is with score of 10 in KWF and has 10 000/m searches

The domain has 8-9 quality backlinks with keyword in the anchor.

But the problem is that domain has like: 1800 links from some "The Globe" or whatever site.

The domain is in non-English niche.

What should i do?

I'm scared if i host a site on my shared hosting, where i have 2-3 White Hat website which earn cash, i will get that IP on which are my sites penalized if the domain is penalized.

Any advice?

Get a different hosting for this domain. As simple as that.

Should be pretty harmless.

It's very annoying to find these, you find an expired domain with apparently 650 RDs or whatever, you check in Majestic and find 630 of them come from this shit.
