i am from india i have some google voice accounts. when i am generate a number on that it will asking verification. but unable to verify with my number. is there any solution..

I don't know how it works outside the US, but you can take a look at some apps like Talkatone to create a virtual phone number.

As I know you need to have an american number in order to verify your google voice account. And the only way out is to find someone with american number who will help you or rent a number in order to verify your account. But of course you'll need to pay for it.
