Ask your friend/brother/sister/mom/dad/neighbor/grandma to pour a bucketful of cold water on your face at 7 AM tomorrow morning.

You can hire a maid or simply set up an Arduino with a stepper motor to pull the plug from a bucket that's hanging over your face.

Find something you love, in order for you to have motivation...you have to care and have passion for whatever it is that you love to do. Only you can answer that. You can also find motivation in Grant Cardone´s YouTube videos, that guy motivates me, maybe he will motivate you.

If you don't have a major life goal that you're gradually working towards, you can still motivate yourself. Not everything has to be huge. Motivation can come from anywhere, as long as you're willing. I suggest that you set small, achievable goals for yourself every day. Those will motivate you to get up and get moving. Furthermore, as you accomplish each goal, you'll feel better, the satisfaction and success will fuel your motivation even further. Start small and work your way towards bigger goals.

You always need to have a goal and objective in life that will make you remain motivated in life. Motivation is neccessary to work efficiently in life. There is no other way without motivation. It is not easy to make goals and objectives but you can find them in little things.
