How to transfer my website ownership?

Yesterday I sold my website thru flippa escrow. The buyer deposited payment at flippa ecrow so now its my turn.
So how can I transfer inside flippa or it should be done through outside?

You don't transfer domains in Flippa, you do that from your registrar.

How can I transfer site files thru flippa?

Zip all the site files and the SQL DB if any and upload them to Google Drive/Dropbox and send the link to the buyer on Flippa.

Ask the buyer for his Email ID and username to push the domain name to his Registrar if both of you use the same registrar.
