I'm doing the slave account method on my own account and setting everything up by myself so I have to say 400$ a month for 100 accounts is an awesome price.
For running 100 accounts, costs me 200$ just for fixed expenses, proxies, vps, phone verifications and replacing accounts, plus I need to put about 3 hours of work every day to fix all the issues. That means if I were to pay myself that, I would be working 80 hours a month for 200$.

For sure, sounds like a great service and I wish you the best. And whoever thinks this service is expensive has no idea the amount of time it takes to maintain this system, one day everything´s fine and the next day bang 50 phone verifications or suspicious login attempts.
A few friends asked me to set it up for them but that would mean giving up my life, and getting lots of stress every day for a very small monetary reward. The only way I could have seen it working out would have been outsourcing the task to some third world country but there are very few people in this world that are able to set up and maintain such a system. It´s a very volatile ecosystem where the malfunction of a tiny part can wreak havoc on the whole system.
