Tracking 200K keywords? Best way?

Hiya,

Whats the the best way to track 200K+ keywords within organic Google search?

I currently use SEMRush & Rank Tracker but they just seem to fail when trying to track these large number of queries.

Would really appreciate some guidance on this as im struggling to monitor everything.
