Buying .ca domain without Canadian presence

I am 99% sure that I can't buy .ca based domains without having a Canadian presence. But, If there's a way, I would really love to get my hands on this domain.

Any sellers on BHW providing this service?

I checked Dynadot as well, they can't deliver this domain either. Says require Canadian presence.

Some registrars offer what is called a Trustee Service. It's where they will use their required presence details for you. Some charge for it while others offer it free. I know Hexonet offers it (Free I believe) and supports the CA extension..
