account Suspended for Circumventing

There is a way for to restart with another account?
I need to create a New company ? New ip? New computer? New credit card ? Or there is another solution?

If you are playing with adwords polices than its normal suspension you cant do anything.
If you are following all rules than you can try your luck with adword support.

Or

Start a new Camp.
with fresh IP and details
Instead of new computer use any RDP service.

You (your name) is permanently blocked from Adwords so you need to create accounts with different names, addresses etc.

Cloaking is completely forbidden with Google Ads.

The only reason someone would cloak is because they are running a campaign that is against the Google Ads policies and terms of service.

No one likes cloaking. The whole purpose of cloaking is to run something that ordinarily would not be allowed.

no one saying your not allowed to cloak but if it a crap cloak or not used correctly your get ban.

if you use a niche that not aginst the traffic rules you might be suprised in earnings.

people are trying to guide you to good pratice.

1. If you WH - you can appeal support and tell that you don't know why you account was banned. I have many cases when accounts returned (but it was not often).
2. If you BH - you need all things new: domain, mail, IP (or VM), payment method
