Meaning we can accept everyone that has chat traffic.

I don't know what country aside from PH is really ardent in chatter traffic so we are eyeing PH mainly.

Originally we only want PH, we customized our program for their chat traffic. But since i got affiliate registrations from different countries for the same traffic, instead of denying them we accept them and just do minor modifications to suit them just like we did with our PH affiliates.
