Help Google Adwords Budget

I have a problem with google adwords, every Site that i want on google adwords i become an daily limit for my account from 10$ but i make budget everyday 250-300$ i dont know whats the problem. I hope anybody can help me i pay it for good information

yes thats right, i have create an new account and want to make adwords on my wordpress site but the problem for that are i make 250$ daily budget and than come the support and make maximum of 10$ daily budget they say me when i pay with online banking than i can only 8 weeks with 10$ daily make, and credit card i must 5 days 10$ budget than i have the maximum

On new accounts making those changes will throw you into suspension by billing. Try to raise the budget slowly with like 4$ if you start the campaign with $10
