Maybe this guide is helpful to you?

what is it? amazon seller account or an amazon associates account?

Aren't they asking for address verification? Something similar happened to my buyers account and got me locked out of my associates account. I got access back when I was able to verify address.

Amazon kindly enough with me to send check every month at least $3k. So I wont calling out them thief. They paid my hard blooding work.

OP if you are asking the support everyday they will get your problem solved asap. Dont wait any longer when time frame they given has been passed.

You will think differently how Amazon will block your money.Of course, I do not wish this for you.

Hello,

We have permanently suspended your Amazon.com account.

We took this action because you have attempted to claim invalid Amazon.com gift cards despite our previous warnings. Please note that the selling of Amazon.com gift cards by unauthorized third parties, and the transfer-for-value of Amazon.com gift cards is a violation of our terms.

You can find more information on the Amazon.com Help page:

www.amazon.com/gc-legal

Sincerely,

Account Specialist
Amazon.com

This was the email I received... I didn't try to redeem any invalid gift card ( can I sue Amazon to court here? ) the gift card that I redeemed was a valid one and it reflected on my account

It's likely that the card was previously flagged for fraud/theft, but was still accepted into the system for tracking purposes.

Since the email mentions prior warnings, were you using any sketchy sources for your cards?
