I am writing here because you do not answer PW. Your purchase process is incomprehensible to me. One week ago I placed an order for the 60 BRAND package. I provided all necessary information and I sent it to you in PW and posted the transaction number in this thread. I placed the order on my friend's website. My friend gets emails every day that he has to log in to http://clients.genesispbn.com and finish ordering WTF ???
What is going on? Is the order that we have already paid for complete in implementation? Will you be spamming messages for a long time?

Hey,
I do not process order details via PM for obvious reasons. We have an entire dashboard and order panel in place for orders to be processed. In the 3 years I've been running this service this is the first time I'm hearing such a problem from a customer.
Again, I do not take order URLs and keywords via PM. Once you place an order, you'll receive an email with information to your login at the dashboard. From there, you can submit your details. We've had thousands of customers go through our order process fine, so I'm not sure why you're having difficulties.
Secondly, I sent you my response via PM on Friday. We take weekends off like any normal person. If you're expecting replies instantly on weekends too then this isn't the service for you.
Our team are sending you messages because you need to log into the dashboard and submit your details. How is this spamming? If you can't follow the instructions below then let me know and I can refund your payment.
