Might be a temporary block, refrain from any actions (liking, following/unfollowing, commenting) for a day. If it doesn't help, try reinstalling the app.

I tried from desktop too and as soon as i like it refreshes the page and it didn't like the post.

Check your phone's storage and clear the cache on that and anything else that's eating space. If you're on a phone that's typically a "out of memory" crash

It looks like a temporary block of a particular action (liking in your case). Did you practice mass liking?
