Yes TikTok Musically are now called TikTok. After thr merge, most service providers I know, can't findfi way to provide likes/followers at the moment.
I hate the thing that many services these days are bought by other services, etc. Usually it does not much good to it as some functions that we like are removed and so on.

The same thing happens from time to time with Instagram. It adds some changes in order to block all the bots.
But still good services find the way out of it. So, I think, in other services may be the same situation.
