If you work hard you will see results of your hard work, don't give up Not only one of the worst pieces of writing that I have ever seen but they are refusing to do a revision. However, there advertising free revisions. So they Lie and write badly. Will be processing a chargeback and getting someone else to write what I need. Absolutely, could not belive they are refusing revision.

This was our original email to you for everyone to see:
Hi, upon review of the revision request, we can remove 3 instances of the keyword, however we cannot accommodate the other changes you requested. None of them were mentioned in your initial instructions. To be fair to our team of writers we can only make revisions when the writing deviates from what was initially specified in the order details.
Please confirm you understand and I will have the KW amendment processed.

And here's my response to your review above:
Our revision policy at http://natashanixon.com/terms.php clearly states the following;
"3. REVISION POLICY. In the event we deviate from your instructions, changes will be made free. Changes that deviate from the original instructions will not qualify for a revision."
You did not complain about the quality when requesting the revision. You requested revisions to things that were never mentioned in your initial order instructions. To order one thing, then spring a bunch of additional details after it's already delivered is unfair to the writer who can only write based on the instructions initially provided to them.
