Yes and No. It's depends what you are targeting. You need to study what the people usually do/purchase online. In my (3rd world) country, [1st group] most people generally likes to book flight tickets, buy movie tickets and hotel reservation online. [2nd group] Other than that, it's those "Internet Guru Secret" or "How to make million online" ebook that most stupid webmaster purchase. :) Just translate and repack those English SEO/SEM ebook found on the net. Doesn't matter it's outdated or not, those idiot (that only well-verse in local language) will buy it. It's works for many years and it still working great. Especially when you create an affiliate program for it. They will promote your product like hot cake.

Smaller countries don't use the internet to buy stuff online. internet is mostly used for chat and socializing. You can target these countries with some PPI offers. or if you want to go real black hat you can give out something free for downlaod and include a silent installer. this way you have control of their computers to fill out international CPA offers and download PPI then collect. forex offers convert good for rich Arab countries like Saudi Kuwait Emirate these people like to invest especially the women.

So you're saying being a hacker and a black hatter at the same time? well must try it... You're totally right! After google the second site most popular in my country is facebook. People here would also leave school just to chat like crazy - facebook is now in our blood. How to monetize that? CPA or E-whore or both? Which PPI company pays international do you know of any?

Well said but when you are competing over internet, you have already crossed the limit of your country. You can't always get the benefit of being outside of a big country but sometime you find yourself lucky to be there. Grab your luck.
