You need to verify the email you get after you deposit. I've just thought the same thing but read those tiny letters after ordering that I should verify and I instantly got it.

Well most of those networks cost more than we do if you're straight up buying hits. You can get traffic if you run their viewers and exchange visitors, but that's work and time. If you're getting a cheaper price anywhere than us we'll also make sure to beat it.
Yes it is. You can test the service using the "free review" function of the panel to get free hits.
I'm available on BHW again. The panel has been running the whole time though.

We no longer have an affiliate system. Affiliate referrals didn't even cover the cost of the software, so we disabled it until we grow our userbase and canceled our subscription. We'll reintroduce it sometime in the future once we have a larger userbase.

Sorry to say this traffic is 100% bot all the clicks did nothing at all i have recording software on my site. Even with random untargeted traffic people will still scroll atleast or click on things.

I dont know what your order # is. However the traffic is cold - that's why it's being sold at $0.4/1,000 visitors. It's less than 0.004 per visit. I dont recommend the traffic if you're trying to convert on a sale or even user action. It's really just bulk volume traffic. You can use it if you're watering down CTR's, doing arbitrage or just need to boost site numbers. Some visitors do take action. I do have some customers that manage to get a positive ROI on some submit offers, but it's not what I'm advertising it as.

I need to know prices, we all do. What if people can't afford/don't want to pay your asking price after spending time signing up and handing you over their emails? You should be upfront about that. Also, why would anyone want visitors with a 100% bounce rate and potentially damage their SEO, then boost your sales with a review in exchange? Shady might be a strong word to use, but it all seems a bit one sided and odd if you ask me.

Premium Traffic Network | $0.5 per 1,000
Lower Bounce Rate | $0.2 per 1,000
Even Traffic Distribution | $0.2 per 1,000
with these options on, the traffic was really high quality, some of the traffic was caught organic.
used google as referer, no problems so far.
