This is potentially a BIG scrape and may have you hitting ISG limits before complete. And you want to forget about FASTEST. Fastest is not always best and definitely not in this scenerio. Go slow and steady and you will get the results without a problem - go hard and fast and you will get a block. ***
I am unsure if you mean you want to scrape your 7000 followers, then scrape the stories of all or you want to do that AND watch them.
If I was to build something to do this, I would go about it as:
1) scrape followers
2) every 10 results
3) pull stories for each results
4) watch stories
5) once pulled stories for each 10 results scrape the next 10 followers in sequence
with heavy pausing at each stage. This would give you the best change of getting through them all without problems. However, I am not aware of any bot that works like this, because they are not designed to watch the stories of 7000 accounts in one go as that probably isn't such a good idea.
*** another way is to pool accounts for the scrape, so you divide the scrapes over 100 of your accounts, so each account makes 1/100 of the total requests. This can help with speed *IF* that is *really* important
