Issues Re-subscribing To Jr VIP

Hello Brethren ,

I've been having issues subscribing to Jr Vip again after my first got expired. I've messaged @Apricot on several occassions with the BHW support ( [email protected] ) and no luck as well for over a week.

Issue is, I've used PP to subscribe initially but now couldn't no longer as I am being required to have another credit card details inputting while having more than enough in my PP balance.

Anyone faced this issue before ? How best did you resolve it ? Do I have to Hire someone with extra as service fee ?

I too had a similar issue while upgrading and I just sent the $97 upgrade fee directly to BHW's paypal [email protected] and added a note Jr.Vip upgrade and sent the screenshot and transaction ID to @WilhelmScream

Was on the same situation. I think only admins can help you.

This supposed to be something concerned as not all of us here have credit cards to submit when paying by paypal.

@Topiano I wouldn’t suggest doing this until you’ve been requested to do so by one of the admins.

Sorry to hear that - it's extremely rare, we've built our team up to handle all support tickets within 24 working hours. Please pm me with the ticket ID or the email address you sent this from and we can get it resolved.

This is a requirement from paypal to hold a subscription. In some countries, your paypal account must have a backup card when processing subscriptions no matter the balance you hold with them.

If sending us payments please ensure you

1. Include your username in the payment message via paypal
2. Message me or @Apricot with your PayPal transaction ID both screenshot and pasted raw into the message
3. Allow up to 7 days for processing.
