Question About OGAds

I have been trying unsuccessfully to find out if the offers available through OGAds are legitimate! By that I mean if someone completes an offer on a content locker such as " Get a $100 McDonald's Gift Card", do they really receive the gift certificate? I've asked the people at OGAds this question several times, but the way they dance around to avoid answering the question, leads me to wonder. I do not wish to mislead someone by offering something that they will not receive. Any clarification will be greatly appreciated!

90% of the CPA offers are FAKE on all networks. The network owners (any network) know this but they couldnt care less as there is no "legit" proof of the offers being a scam.

However, the CPI offers are a totally different story.

Well, there's a 50-50 chance to get the gift card as always, right? And I don't think OGAds is any bad. They are very genuine.

Why should there be a 50-50 chance? The offer clearly states "Get a $100 McDonald's Gift Card" that implies to me that you get the card. If there is only a 50% change, that should be so stated, so as not to mislead!

Then do not promote such offers.
Promote PPI/CPI offers and give them at the end what they were looking for like if its for free followers then send them some.

All I was trying to find out was whether or not the offers were legitimate or not! From what I'm seeing it appears they are not! My reason for asking was I do not want to knowingly mislead someone, and now I know not to put CPA offers on the content locker. What made me suspicious, was I could never get a straight answer from the people I contacted at OGAds!

Yes, Chigoonline, I want the person to get what was promised! All I'm trying to find out is if on a content locker there is a link that says "Get a $100 McDonald's Gift Card" and a person selects that link and complete the survey or whatever so they open the locker, do they then get the gift card that was promised?
Seems to me to be a simple, straight forward question!
