What are the IG DM limits?

Hey there!

I was interested in learning more about the Instagram DM limits. Is there even a daily/hourly limit? If so, what is it? Also, lets say I want to DM 100 people per day. How many unique messages should I have?

There is no set limit, it fluctuates based on account activity and message as far as I've seen. You should ultimately try to make all your messages unique as possible with syntax.. even if something as small as {,|..|...} to break up a sentence. Diversity is key.

True but I've yet to see anyone do above 50-100

Not sure if it's possible to go above 100, as I don't use DMs with my automating. When I first started with IG, I tried it messaging all my new followers. I know I was gaining more than 100 followers a day, but that was well over 4 years ago.. so I'm sure alot has changed since then.

I stay away from direct messaging, commenting, etc. because overall it comes across too much as spam, and draws too many flags imo. DMing does create possible leads though that you might not have encountered if you haven't msgd them, as I remember getting alot of replies.. but where I'm at with things right now, I prefer to keep it out of the mix.

Google really didnt have anything on syntax? Not saying thats not true, but kind of hard to believe since its used in most marketing software. Replace the variable 'random' with the words that you want to randomize in your message.

{random1|random2|random3|random4|random5}

Example ->

"School is fun, {math|science|english|history} is my favorite subject!"

Get it? Lmk if not, but I think that pretty much outlines it as best as possible. Also, you dont need to enable it.. its automatically enabled in the software if it supports it.

I don't mean to be an ass but it's Spintax not Syntax. It's short for spinning syntax.

Follow this essentially "bullet proof" model, for Sending DM's automated

- 1 IP per Acc
- 10 DM Per Acc Per 24hrs
- You need a batch of cloaked links/service (the more the better) that you can use in rotation
- Spintax with every adjective, verb, noun, one-liners covered
- Interval of 44-88 min between actions (odd number)
- Send Unique Message(s) to Unique User(s)
- Keep track of users who have had message sent to
- Create Blacklist with users already interacted with

Scale to 100, and you have will have a steady stream of 1,000 DM's a day

As others have said: it varies.

If you want to spam the same message to everyone - fprget it.
If you want to post the same link over and over again - forget it.

Mass DM is hard - get it right and it can be a fantastic method, but it is all too easy to be annoying and spammy (which is what the service above all tries to fight against - things that degrade their service).

You will need to use spintax / tokens (used to reference the user / their media) to add uniqueness" and try and tailor messages to that particular user

Back in the day we used the 3% rule.

Today I wouldn't go close to 50 DM's per day if it is not a churn and burn account.

If it is a churn and burn account do as many as you can get away with .

Make sure you use good spin syntax otherwise you wont survive a manual review.

(If you do churn and burn the only reason for a good spin syntax is to not get blocks before you get banned)
