My Website got Spammed!? Help!

I did a yahoo site explorer search to see my backlinks and I saw that under "inlinks" there was "Forex trainning software" ad's comming from MY site.

example: "http://www.mydomain.com/?ulgu=18" <-forex training software?

ALSO, clicking on my site in yahoo it gets hijacked to ferdax.com site redirecting to some other business!!!

What are my options for getting rid of this? How does one even get this crap?

they hacked your site ..

go tell your web hosting company tell you got hacked.. they maybe know how to figure it out. i was hacked into my wordpress site for a couple of months ago..

I'm going to ask them right now. I just know i'm going to have to probably wipe my site and start from scratch....
