Warm up your account with slow settings for 1-2 weeks, after that you can go VeryFast with no issue since there is randomization in everyrequest and there is no way to get the max speed and get in trouble.

I was warming up my accounts with medium settings, and after 2 weeks everything is on VeryFast, 2-3 months running the accounts like that with no issues at all!

RIP.. You are on the server IP. Thats why you are getting the error so fast.

You need your own proxy to run accounts with out any issue.

Not sure, and not really a need of that. Just buy some good proxies based on your location for example if EU buy EU proxies (Germany proxies for example)

Start with medium.

Follow one day than unfollow the other day for 1 week.

After that you can go veryfast.

Speeds are 60/reqs/h for veryfast but since there is randomization and server load delay its not going more than 50.
