Domain register offshore/bulletproof ?

You need to be careful, a lot of providers doesn't allow malware activity, that is very different than I said before. Well, bpw.sc, novogara and privatelayer is the best choice.

Choice Seychelles, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway to protect your privacy. The best country at this moment is Switzerland (privatelayer for example)

Ok thanks,
I think I will use shinjiru or bpw.sc
I've heard a lot of good things about shinjiru you know ?
for the domain name no hosting

Based on the recommendations that I am seeing, you are all going to be banned within a month with the projects you think can pull off on these hosting and domain providers. Just saying. Don't get attached to your domain and make sure you have a backup.

That is about Privatelayer? Currently they are under pressure from MPAA and US, they allow DMCA and they are ignoring complaints with dmca. Novogara also is on legal battle for ignoring DMCA and protecting their customers from being takedown.

Ecatel -> Novogara they are the same, just search for "Ecatel on news" and you will see. Also if you search "novogara" on torrentfreak you see they are fighting against BREIN.

It depends on what you will do, of course if you will do blackhat activity like DDoS, Malware, Phishing you probably don't stay online for a long time. But DMCA Ignoring you shouldn't have problem to stay online for long.

I don't know about Shinjiru, because I've never used their services. Bpw.sc is not cheap, is very expensive. It depends on what you will do, go with Novogara for example.

If you are doing something illegal, the hosting provider will give all your details to the authorities because they'll be pressured with law suits or worse, suspected of criminal activity if they don't participate. As for DMCA, even that is being restricted at the moment. DMCA-proof hosting providers are being pressured from all sides. It's best to stay flexible nowadays, especially if your financial livelihood depends on it.

how these possible to sell a service like this without having any problem, the only way I see these to have an offshore domain

Offshore domains only work if you do something with copyright. Offshore or bulletproof is not going to save you if you're doing something illegal. Just read up on all the big players getting arrested every week.

Why do people think the website being offshore will magically save your ass? It's still attached to your name and authorities can find you easily.

Register with wrong Whois maybe through BTC . You can use Russian hosting like hostingru.net

A couple years ago, alpnames had the top 10 highest abuse reports unresolved /untouched by any registrar. Safe to assume they ignore abuse reports in most cases.
