Ahrefs gone crazy-wrong data

Ahrefs gone crazy with their data, they are showing my DR only 4, while even my website ranks well for the highly competitive keyword with monthly search volume 4500 to 5500 with only two to theee backlinks.

They destroyed everything with their new update. Previously my DR was 46.

Are you guys having similar issues?

Yeah their updates have been mad.

The last 2-3 months Ive seen sites jumping between 0,9 DR and 36 DR. Its been worse than Google dance

Indeed. I used to use their DR as an indicator on how powerful a domain is. Now days, like you said, they lost trust.

Since it seem to change dramatically every week its impossible to compare.

Ahrefs is a good example on how one nonsense update can destroy their fellow customer relations. Keep in mind the price is actually pretty high and they fucked up a lot with this update. At least they should ask the customers before or provide a solution to pick one.

My organic traffic is 1.1k, traffic value is 300$ but DR IS 4. Organic keywords are 1.7k

Why caring about the DR anyway? Its a metric which is made up ahrefs. Actually its meaningless. If you want to see the real value of a domain you have to analyze the backlink profile and the content/previous content.

DR of ahrefs means literally nothing you could have DR like 3 and you could be earning thousands of € from that domain every month bcs it has traffic in milions per month and also you could have domain with DR from ahrefs about 70 and traffic could be only few hundreads of visitors per month

Since a few days I am also noticing changes for my rankings in Ahrefs.

We lost DR for a bunch of sites, but it’s coming back and some domains have even higher DR than before.. go figure

Well, I'm so glad I am not the only one, I emailed them a couple of days ago about this and am still waiting on them getting back to me. My traffic shot up on every site and it has me ranking for keywords at Number 1 that i could only dream off. Top money keywords. One site jumped up from 2.3k traffic to 23k traffic and had me ranking for Cam girls No 1, sex no2 and a whole load of 1-word keywords ( how I wish these were my rankings). It's very annoying

For that particular domain, the DR is 53, the Dr was always around that, its what they are ranking me for that has gone crazy so many 1 word keywords with massive volume all between no1 to 10 its the same with my other money sites as well, all ranking for high-value words that I don't even target . The fact they show my site as no1 for cam girls and big sites like chaturbate etc are not even on the page is bizarre. The results ahrefs show me compared to the REAL results is of the chart completely! I have emailed them and they told me the IT department was looking into this - what a mess.
