hi thank i know the restrictions about this domains already ))) what i meant where i can buy such domain without offering documentation and get them like the normal .com . net domains )))

by the way currently trying to solve the issue with port 25 being blocked by default by hosting ? Do you know how to change the outgoing port 25 on PMTA ? or any VPS hosting provider with enabled port 25 ?

The ONLY way to register a new EDU domain is through educause.edu, and they verify the documentation by hand. Even if you somehow did slip through and get a domain, the government is constantly pushing for stricter requirements, auditing, and regular purges, so you wouldn't keep that domain for long.
