I need Verified Paypal, that i can add a bank of my own and withdraw from that account.

If you are talking about US paypal then you will need bank account to verify it, you cant verify an US paypal by a VCC, it only will increase your spending limit and will help you shop online. When you will add an bank account and will confirm it the paypal will be verified.

Well, I am trying with a reloadable and i am having a shit of a time... Since it doesn't show up on my account, I am trying to get paypal to verify me regardless.... LOL.. Any ideas on what I should tell them next? I don't have a bank account, nor can i get one.. Past debts... They don't like me... LOL... You might try a reloadable, it may work for you...
