Best cloud platform to create a subscription website?

Have you tried vBulletin Cloud? However, many say that vBulletin isn't in trend now but I think you should check it out once.

What features are you looking for that you couldn’t get done with WordPress? Or are you looking for a platform as a service that you can signup for and have them host and maintain your membership site?

Don't get me wrong, wordpress has all the features that i need but i was looking something easier to set up (not that the wordpress is difficult) .

You're not going to find anything much easier to work with than Wordpress. There's so many plugins available that you can build almost anything with it. Are you thinking the installation of wordpress is the sticking point, or are you having trouble with building your website once it's installed? Define your specific problems with maintenance and we can probably give you some options that can help.
Right now, I'm using Vultr for a droplet and then Runcloud as a manager which you can deploy Wordpress from easily. So far, I haven't spent a dime because I found coupon codes for each service. I even found a $100 sign up coupon for Digital Ocean. I have the $5/mo vultr plan for my droplet, my site is running quite a few plugins, and it's only using half of my available ram. It's fast as fuck compared to the shared hosting I was using.
