Need advice, I scammed people

You need to pray the investors don't come looking for blood.

Lawsuits are flying left, right and centre over failed ICOs around the world. On top of that, financial regulators are filing enforcement proceedings against ICOs that broke securities' regulations.

Just remember, once you undress it, it is what is known as a ponzi scheme, and ponzi schemes are illegal.

So your ICO failed - Believe me, I have lost money in ICO, that money was huge for me - but the thing is When I Invested, I knew It could be zero or x5, SO explain what is true as per fact. They will understand it.
Whether you give up or keep trying something to keep it live - it is up to you.
They did not lose alone; you did lose too.
Your investor will be a lot quieter if you keep it live - don't spend anymore keep those dump replies active on telegram or other support you provide.

It was no legit venture.
Everything was anonymous, because I knew at the beginning it was high risk and the government does not like lending platforms: example: bitconnect, davor.

NO, it was never the intention to end it like this, I swear to god.
I feel bad, extremely bad since I have gotten money that was not fairly earned, but refunding a total of $40k is just impossible.

So basically there is no road to go for me, that is the whole problem.

I am having a new job soon and starting a new platform takes allot, allot allot of time and money which gives me to much stress and leads to probially more dissapointed people.
How did you even manage to get in this situation? You raised 40k, and wasted it all on promotion? Did you not plan how to use funds?

If you shut down the operation and don't pay your investors back, you're a scammer.

You are saying that it would take a lot of time and money for you to finish/work on the project, but thats why projects have a minimum raise.

Either you were planning to scam from the beginning, or you are a complete idiot.

In my opinion, you have three choises:
1. Shut down the operation and reimburse everyone, even though it will take a lot of time (i know you won't do this).
2. Keep working on the project while working your new job. Use some of your salary to keep developing the platform.
3. Find someone who can take over the project and keep developing it.

I didn't mean that at all. That's why tried to add sweet word because I can't find appropriate word. What I meant is that he should be more polite than he answered. No matter whether he replied mod or any other members.

Learnt that from your previous account(s)?
This is the worst part about the older members here I hate the most. Just because you joined few years back doesn't mean you are also more respected than every members tagged with newbie.
FYI, I am following this forum since 8 years now but never been so engaged before. Everytime I tried to type something, it said to create account and I am too lazy for that. But this time I saw a journey and can't resist myself to register. If there were an option to post as a guest member, I might never registered here.

Earliest members have the longest dicks, latest members have clits instead of dicks. I joined in 2012, which means my wiener is of a medium size but I still expect certain level of respect from Members that registered recently, such as yourself.

if you're too lazy to make an account what makes you think you can run an ICO :thonk:

Edit: You also said you had another account so you're lying

I don't expect anything from anyone. Just got irritated by seeing similar messages on many threads where senior members leg pulling some newbie for joining recently. And it's me. Could you please explain why you expect more respect as a human being because of your joining date? Why not same as a newbie? Is that really appropriate?
