Are These Websites Been Hacked?

Every time I search for "xxxxxx full movie", I found celebrities' websites like jamesblunt and ashleymonroe appear on the top 3 results, these websites seem like been hacked by someone and insert a landing page into it. And some of the websites homepage has been tag "This site may be hacked" on search results. Are these websites really hacked by someone or actually there is a "trick" behind it?

Seen it now, yup they been compromised. There not even running on https

at least james blunt is not

They are making landing pages for popular movie titles,

Inserting a fuck load of keyword for SEO

and taking advantage of james blunt's Authority ON SEO
