massplanner doesn't work on vps

Massplanner is dead afaik.
maybe get a subscription of Jarvee instead

Have you tried to install all the necessary library like C+ redist?

What is the server specs are you having with them?

Maybe your VPS's specs aren't capable of running MP.

What are the specs of your VPS?
