Need to scrape a healthcare database

I need a huge database of medical patients in the United States that lack fundamental healthcare benefits. Any idea how I can go about acquiring this, in the shortest amount of time?

I am looking at 50k-100k entries

Hi cheers! Wouldn't be misusing the database at all. In fact it will be used for a service to help citizens of this country who can afford to pay the cost of healthcare in the US.

I see you are in the UK so you guys have NHS, so I am not sure you can entirely relate to this travesty

It's hard to acquire a database of patients worldwide which is why I am here. Do you have any ideas?

I'm from the UK so I can't be done here. What about targeting medical professionals? They have client lists, you could pitch to them. As they are known by their patients and trusted by them it could be a way in

I want to take medical patients overseas for treatment where healthcare is one-tenth of the US cost. Approaching medical professionals in the US wouldn't help in this case
