For the past few months, my million subbed channel will barely get any views/likes/etc. I've tried everything and tried to cover popular topics/keywords/challenges and its gone nowhere. Putting up 3 videos a week. My video from 2 weeks ago got 3,237 views, 113 likes, and 190 comments. THIS IS TERRIBLE. ITS A MILLION SUBBED CHANNEL! And worst of all, I only made .89 cents on cpm on the video so far (its a 15 min vid about a popular game)

So I was like "I've lost everyone. No one likes me anymore". I broke down and made a video yesterday and announced a patreon hoping I can maybe get MAYBE $100 in donations. Well the fucking thing skyrocketed and I got over 3,000 patreons now. The funniest part is my actual Youtube announcement video only has 2530 views yet I have more donators than that? I don't know how I could have more donators. I've only announced the patreon via youtube.

I'm pretty sure Youtube is taking views, likes, and comments away from my channel. Or is it possible for my network to be doing this? Its just so weird.

That’s really weird... How did you get those subscribers and what niche are you related to?

All the subscribers are real. Been doing the same channel for like 10 years. Sometimes I'd buy some views on videos and tried buying subs like 6 years ago but those dropped after a few days. lol So after that...just real organic subs.
My niche is kinda gaming/skits like nigahiga.

I don't think your subs are real if they're. You just have bad quality video's... Do you tell your viewers to turn on their notifications?

Like 1-15% of your subs should be able to see your video in the first 24 hours.

My subs are definitely real. My videos are super high quality and my highest viewed video is over 100 million views. I have an average of 50% watchtime each video. I also have a 5-14% clickrate on the videos/thumbnails. Probably half subs are kids but I say to turn on notifications each video. And like I said, I received over 3000 donations on patreon in 1 day yet my announcement video asking for the donations didnt even have that many views? My audience seems to be around but either Youtube is not sending notifcations or its being stolen somehow.

What’s your channel url?

wtf your videos must be awful to be getting those numbers. This is really unusual.

Well if you’ve had the channel for 10 years people are going to become inactive over time. It’s inevitable

Look in your analytics at your traffic sources. YouTube has essentially stopped promoting new YouTube videos to existing YouTube subscribers at this point. Do the classic "hit the bell to turn on my post notifications" call-to-action in your videos and stop focusing on getting YouTube views from your existing YouTube subscribers- the amount of YouTube subscribers you have is basically irrelevant at this point.

Sad but true

yt is as we speak chaning its view algo ..they wont show up ..and some will never show up..but if you look at the view seconds with the view counts you can see that there is something going on.

Really weird. Well if you got 3000 patreons I guess you at least got 3000 bucks??? and you confirmed the love of your fans. Maybe you can now try twitch for paying subscribers??
did you try to e-mail your network or youtube? I will follow this thread, hope you add more info later... it sounds interesting

Maybe it's your content and thumbnails. Those subs must have subbed other channels also and it can be they are preferring others videos over you or your video is show below in their feed. Try to upload frequently and be seen in subs feed. Also, Encourage them to push bell button

I'm in the same situation.....my channel was gaining subs pretty well and I had approx. 30k views / 48h but now I can barely get 20k even though I uploaded about 50 more videos. I've noticed a decrees in views especially this week. Anyone else who is facing the same problem?
