Hi Instant-Fans,

I have been using your service for quite a while and after trying several SMM panels I can affirm that the quality of Instagram followers you provide is among the best. The service was very good until recently.

I use non drop Instagram followers server. I had had used that server many times and was completely satisfied with the quality. However my last few orders were completed successfully but followers dropped very soon and the 'non drop' claim stood out false. However I could always open a ticket for refill which I did. But the followers were not refilled and meanwhile they were dropping too. So in the end I would wait for refill and end up losing followers everyday.

The reply on tickets seems kind of pre-made automated replies now. I believe that new person/team has been assigned the customer service.

I have been facing heat from my clients for the same and couldn't resolve the problem and I had to resort to other SMM panels to control the damage. But neither me nor my clients like the quality of their followers.

My last ticket wasn't resolved after 10 days.

I'm writing here so the main person can know about this and resolve the issue asap, hopefully you will be able to reinstate the quality of that service and also your customer care service.
