My crypto porftolio: TRX, , IOTA, EOS, AGI, ETN, XVG, WAVES, POWR, NXT, ETN, QASH, SUB, SALT.

Now in this bloody period from 15+k euro I have only 2.2k left...

What you think about my situation, do I still have chances to get back with my money?

Personally, I'd just hold. I'm in the same situation, my money is 1/10th of its value. But honestly, I can't see it recovering. You could day trade it. But it would take a lot of luck and time to day trade it back to 15k. Depends how much you need the money. If 2.2k is a lot to you, I'd consider ditching the shit.

You'd certainly get a mixed bag of answers. Some might say crypto is dead and some may say it will 100x. Most people lost money in it. I dint lose much fortunately since I dint invest much but yeah even my investment is down to 20% and I invested at the same time you did.

Lets be patient, if you took up crypto for investment then to hold for long period is the key, if you got into crypto for trading just day trade and pull out your money with it.

@OP Hard to say if this cryptos will recover, probably not. Crypto is speculation, market dont have any "real" reason to go up. Maybe in few years there will be one more cyrpto bubble but personally i dont think so.

Crypto market is quite big right now, bitcoin capitalization is 100 bilions usd, whole crypto market is probably ~1000 bilions USD (so 1 trilion USD).
Whole world stock market capitalization is around 100 trilion USD so crypto market is small compared to stock market.

Now lets say we want whole crypto market to grow by 100%, it would mean we need 1 trilion USD pumped in crypto market.
Lets say we want crypot market to grow by 1000% (btc would cost $60k by then) - we need 10 trilions usd.

So as you can see in theory crypto market can rise, but it probably wont because there is no real reason to rise, its speculation, coins produce no real value and tons of money would be needed to rise crypto market by 10 times for example.

P.S. Every era had its bubble
Back in 2000 there was end of IT buble, any company related to IT was going up on stock market, no matter if this company was actually earning money or not.
In 2008 there was end of real estate buble, before 2008 i saw many companies from real estate niche doing 500%/year on stock market for no reason.
2017-18 - maybe its end of crypto bubble.

Look for new bubble, it will be there for sure, jump on train early enough and you can make millions.

P.S. Probably next bubble (or one of next bubbles) will be AI (artificial intelligence, the singularity) bubble. When we will be close to real singularity small and big fishes on stock market will know that company that will create singularity will open new era of humanity so i bet people may buy stocks of any companies related to AI in future just to jump on train.

To rise crypto market by 100 times so every coin is worth 100 times more than its worth now we would need 100 trilions USD all money on all stock markets on the globe. This just wont hapen, 10x rise also wont happen. Low x times may happen, but still there is no real reason for that.

Stock market is really high right now, crypto is far away from its maxes. Sooner or later stock market will crash, people will stell stocks and thats when cryptos in theory can rise because some people who earned $$ on stock market may be interested in investing $$ somewhere while stock market is falling. Thats pure speculation but it may happen, so guys look for signs of big crash on US stock market and than look on crypto market - if there will be signs that trend is changing on crypto market it may be time to buy.

Even if there is, it's highly unlikely to be any of the old hype coins. They will just fizzle out, and along comes the new hype coin to be lapped up by the mugs. Altcoin bubble has burst. Its probably only going to get worse as even now many Alts have mainnet, working product but no enterprise adoption, so only thing to do right now is swing trade BTC during its ongoing downtrend, but Alts market is only going to get worse and even a 50% drop from here in the Alt shitcoins and many still will be overvalued!

Its a difficult one when you are stuck in coins due to big losses and depends if you are willing to lose everything and come too far to sell now but personally i would cash out your $2.2k and exit the market for now! Just assume 95% of your coins are worth zero...then think if its worth holding on....

If there's one thing that crypto teaches you, it's not to be naive.

With that being said, I'll spill a speculation about how the market will develop based on personal observations:

The boom from Dec 2017 will probably be replicated. On a smaller or larger scale. But it won't be soon - maybe Q2 of 2019.

But enough with the speculations, what's the best you can do right now?

Sell everything and observe the market. Learn to spot opportunities - good ICO's, coins in the early phase that will certainly catch the interest of others - those that are selling at 1/2 sats.

Maybe you'll recover your lossess that way in a few months time, maybe you'll recover partily. But if that boom comes again, then you'll know how to make some $ this time.

That's how I'm thinking of playing it right now.

Total nonsense as you completly don't understand the purpose and goal of crypto like majority here.
Crypto is a product of bankers to replace customer banks and change cash money into digital money turning the society cashless to go on with other changes they want to implement once its done.
The bearish periods are being used to adjust ,improve and prepare for bigger addoption because else the crypto space wouldn't be able to handle this amount of users without getting a break and would have to close it doors like it happened many times.

BTC volume already increased by 3 times since last year if you take out the price diffrences .Thats a gain of already 3x in a single year in adoption and that in a bearish market
