Hey masters, i just curious with site using www3 www4 how they can make it also whats the benefits?

you can easily make it.
go to your cpanel and make a www3.yoursite.com subdomain and redirect your yoursite.com to you www3.yoursite.com subdomain.

You also have to set up the www3 subdomain with your domain registrar, and update your security certificates, and set up 301 redirects, and update your scripts, and update GWT, and so on. Simply setting it up in cpanel with no extra steps is going to 404 your entire site.
And since doing this has absolutely no benefits, besides looking 15+ years outdated, there's no reason whatsoever to go through these steps in the first place.

www3 and www4 has no effect. But if you create 'google' as subdomain your website will rank more easily because you are showing google your support.

They're most likely using www3 and 4 as sum domains because they are running on different servers. Depending on what kind of website you're referring to, they need to scale so they may put different apps on different subdomains which are all on different servers.

True lol. Those wwwN mean they are behind a load balancer and it’s just one of the web servers that you use. That’s a shitty way doing load balancing imo, but some older sysadmins continue to use it. I guess it matters for some reason.
