Summary
For the review, @goldenkey provided me with articles that had live links on his largest package offered in the original post.

Service Highlights

• Links on the sites were in different places in the articles - that gave it some diversity.
• The sites all looked good and the metrics were fine.
• The service was delivered in a timely manner and a nice report was given to make it easy to check his service.

What Could Use Improvement


The content could use a little help; it was not very good but they are not selling you "content" as much as what is being offered are links from domains with some juice.

Additional Information

I think for the price you are going to get decent backlinks but don't expect anyone aside from the search engines to read the content.
