godaddy showing my domain worth $667?

Yeah, It's a Joke. Just Ignore any Automated tools for Domain.

That's just a bait, they want you to put it on auction.

Nope , That's what you gonna pay next year to renew it :D

they have some random automated valuations based on things like your traffic estimate, domain name size, similar searched domain names. Its not complete bs but its super innacurate, like using Semrush's keyword difficulty score :P

Shows me $15k on some domains I bought on auction, doesn’t look real to me :)

It can be close to accurate on some higher end domain names, but for the most part things that are worth $100 or less its complete BS and they over value it to entice you to list it for sale. One and two word high end domains are somewhat accurate though and other things where they have more data to go off of such as 1-4 letter domains.

I've been a domain investor for many years and have a large portfolio of high end domains. If you're curious of your domains worth from a name only standpoint, feel free to PM me and I'll give you my thoughts.

My LNNN com domain is estimated at about $20k so no, all bullshit. No idea what it's actually worth, reg fee?

Depends entirely on the letters and numbers. For example a111.com would be worth something but something like y942.com is pretty much just registration fee. Once you get into 3 LNN.com that changes entirely though and they are all worth something, again depending on the letters and numbers.

My domain is L0NN com (last two numbers are different (ie L012, L067). don't want to give exact domain)

Reg fee you think?

Unfortunately yes. You could get lucky and get a couple bids on godaddy auctions, but I highly doubt it.

they show my domain price $10000 but no one want buy it lol =]]

May I e-mail you a couple domain names I want to check their worth?

Sorry OP for kinda hijacking!

Of course, send them over!

NOTE: I don't know how to factor backlink and PBN domains into worth, I'm strictly into investing into names themselves.

I bought a domain for $10 from Godaddy and immediately after it showed me the worth as like $150 lol. It's worth what someone will pay for it, which you can't know until you actually put it up for auction. If you bought it for cheap, it's not going to turn into a premium domain.

I let one of my domains expire last year because it was deindexed from G it's still showing 600$ worth no one has bought it lol

sometimes it is sometimes not. Depends on multiple factors. Do you have traffic etc or highly sought after name

There is a possibility. But I wouldn't trust on it too much. That price is automatically generated by godaddy and until you find someone who's willing to pay the amount, it's a worthless number.

Has anyone ever been able to sell a domain for these automated prices?

I've never heard of a single case.
