I am a little puzzled.My biggest reason to be here is to purchase services which I am very interested in. Without the ability to pm nor post (in some sections). I am pretty much limited. That's why I asked if there are upgrading options to bypass that so I can go ahead and purchase services.

That is definitely not my place to. Given different direction and situation no one knows how to run another forum. And this is one of the biggest forum in the world. I have much to learn than i have to give.
