Which Backlinks Should I Buy

SEO noob here.

I have come to the realization that i will need to buy backlinks to rank my page better.

My concerns are the following:

1. A lot of backlinks are published on PBNs that shut down a short time after, making the SEO effect short lived.
2. As I'm trying to treat the site in a white hat way, I'm concerned that some of the bought links here could hurt my site in the future.

Also the fact that i have no idea what is ok to pay for backlinks, and who is the most reccomended sellers here, so would appreciate some suggestions.

I think Churn and Burn isn't working for Google anymore. Maybe 10% chance for your success but Nice and Clean relevant Back-link will surely Improve your Ranking.
