This is my review for the service .. My account was limited (after I have made a deposit) Paypal asked for Passport and an utility bill otherwise no withdrawal or payment .. I bought an utility bill from this service, after a few rounds of corrections, and some late replies (which I disliked !!!) a got my document, I have made a final verification and upload it to Paypal, after 4-5 days, I was able to send my money to bank account, now I'm not sure if I'm going to keep using this account or have to close it (i fear that some day the shit happen) and advice?
