I have now included proxy response times. You should note however that these response times are based on how long it took my server (which is in the UK) to connect to the proxy testing page (which is on Australia) via the listed proxy server. Obviously given distances between the UK, Australia and wherever the proxy is, the times will vary quite a bit.

It should however give a good overall indication on how quickly any particular proxy is likely to respond and load a page for you.

Ok, I've found the issue - I am filtering on those IP addresses, however my script has picked up on them with some leading zeros in the IP's which is obviously not correct:

131.247.002.242:3124
131.247.002.242:3128

I will need to modify my script to remove all IP's that have an octet that starts with a zero. Will be done within the next 24 hours.

Issue resolved - incorrect IP addresses that have leading zeros in their octets will be deleted from the database every minute.
