Best MacOS app for managing accounts/posting content?

I have Grids which is ok but is there anything else for posting content daily on multiple accounts?

For managing accounts, it really depends what you're doing with them. You're not specific enough. Posting is just one valley. You should be running a VPS. If you're looking for bots, check out GMT2 or Jarvee. Most people here prefer Jarvee but I prefer GMT2.

I just wanna post content from my computer rather than the device throughout multiple accounts.
