I do not run getfamo.us, and have not done so since early 2017. Any promotion done on HF recently was not by me, thanks for understanding.

The reason is to get your post seen by thousands of profiles, it is a very cost effective way to get noticed (1,000 people checking out your post

Mentions can be split across posts, with a minimum of 1,000 per post.
