BUT I think that OP should clearly state that's the case even though the possibility of losing your PayPal account may be somewhat obvious for the more savvy folks on this forum.

I guess it's the chance you take if the opportunity is good enough. I have yet to hear from OP although I inquired, so I really don't know what this opp is about to know if it's worth the risk or not.

I don't think we are all that far apart in our thinking here but anyone that enters into a JV has to do their own due diligence. If they are a rookie and make a mistake doing this if it does not fit their life then the educational cost is a PP account.

This is not illegal, nor is what he is selling illegal (PP may not like it but it's legal), but if you wanted to make a fair amount of money over a 4 - 6 month period and didn't mind burning a PP account this may work for you.
