AdWords Suspending for circumventing systems

Hello, I am from Pakistan, and i need some help regarding google adwords, for a past few weeks i am making adword accounts with my call center data, gets threshold every time, but only issue i am having is my accounts always got suspended of circumventing systems. I changed 4 domains, hosting but it is still same.
if anybody wants to help me with this also teaches me cloaking i am willing to give some cc data to you or provide you some active accounts with white hat ad running and payment attached.
Plus i am also willing to work together if you want. Thanks

Use cloaking - JCI / Advertsafe
Keywords you're using should be appropriate with the ads that you're targeting.
Example Keywords :
- Homemade Recipes
- Recipes+Homade
- Cooking+Recipes
- Chef+Recipes

Format should be like this :
-Article (SafePage) -> Cloaked offer with the keywords


When creating new accounts.
Always use different ad copies / different keywords / Different address.
Other things that have worked for me is this.

I just have 3 domains. These domains are like an article directory in which I write articles in regards to the niche that I'm promoting.
I use that 3 domains as my safe page and ready my money making cloaked domain.

All in all it depends on the cloaker you use.

One last thing
You need to warm up your accounts.
Usually manual review for new accounts are 3 days.
Just put a youtube ad for your whitehat campaign (10$ a day or 5$ a day) and wait after 3 days then put another campaign ( in which this will be your main campaign ) simultaneously running with your whitehat campaign.

which VCC or CC you are using ?

i use manual cloaker insted of paid one as i am short of money otherwise JCI is best.

The key is patience. Add white hat campaigns first, warm account, then add your stuff. Rise budgets slowly and you will be fine.

To be honest there are a lot of free trial ones that you can definitely use. Much better than doing it manually.
The only downside is they have limitations but it gets the job done. Already mentioned one on my post above.

I'm using a VCC.
Mainly I use GCash / SUMO / Paymaya / PesoPay/ Lhuillier card

All of these are Prepaid cards in which I just load them with the verification $ deduction that these platforms charge and i'm done.

That's correct but in terms of rising budget. As long as I have a whitehat campaign running. Even If I put 50$-100$ daily budget. I'm good as from my experiences with my camapigns.

I just joined this forum and i don't know the rules exactly about offering work but if you guys have this much experience and you know you can put blackhat post live on adwords, why don't we work together? i have call center setup, 20 agents working for me, got campaign too, lets work!

Adwords have been cracking down on all of the new adwords accounts. Make sure you take your time and stay patient. Good luck.
