Summary
For the review, I asked @Ads Hero to create an account for me on their affiliate network. The details of my review are below.

Service Highlights

• This affiliate program has all of the usual features you'd expect. A dashboard that shows analytics data, earnings reports, monetisation tools, a list of offers you can promote, a payment centre, and an account settings page.
• The payment centre has a variety of options including: check, direct deposit, wire, PayPal, Payoneer, and BTC.
• As far as I could see, there were a decent number of offers available. Most of the offers could only be used via monetisation tools, although there were some that could be promoted via direct linking.

What Could Use Improvement

• For some reason, when I hover my mouse over the referral link box, a circle-backslash symbol appears. However, I'm still able to select the link without any issues.

Just depends, Incent in general over the last 6 to 8 months has change greatly, that is why you see more CPE. The big companies are no longer looking to just rank in the app store wether iOS or Android, they are looking for true KPI'S... Each brand has its agenda so the CPI varies!

I've been testing this network for almost 2 weeks now, and I am extremely impressed with the results. They have some high paying offers that convert really well and they have solid EPC. The best thing is that the offers have a very big cap, so you don't have to worry about having good offers only early in the day.

Jordan, my affiliate manager on this network has been very helpful with everything I needed to set things up. I attached below the stats i'm getting using AdsHero.
