[JV] Need a PHP developer for SEO tool

Hello,

I have a decent idea of a seo tool. which i personally need & i think we can commercialise it.
I have 6 yrs of exp in SEO.
I want someone who is best at development + little knowledge about SEO things.
I think PHP+MYSQL will be enough for backend.

I will prefer someone from INDIA as my country.
But anyone can join. (my first preference will be knowledge).

You need experience and understanding in SAAS.

I can do this. But why PHP tho? React + Firebase is the way to go in my opinion for online tools.
